SELF PORTRAIT AS TENNIS BALL by Irene Mae Tan-Cembrano
Let me bounce to the official rules. I am round and go everywhere.
I move with the flow like a dance.
You cannot catch me unless you follow the rhythm of the game.
I play in tournaments for gigantic trophies. I have stamina and endure exhaustion.
I practice every technique with passion. The most important thing: play fair.
Irene Mae, 30, was born in the Philippines, and raised in Alhambra, California. A sophomore student taking Library Technology, and a PCC alumni, she graduated in 2017 with an Associate in Arts in Social and Behavioral Sciences. She loves to write and read books.
