JOURNEY TO EVERYWHERE

There is a saying that takes place
In a far a forbidden place
Find a door or a window that closes
Maybe one will be open down there I say
My life has been painful
But pain I should be oh so grateful
It had led me there, and yes over there
But what comes next I do not want to dare
Homelessness, where is my home
Hungry, you do not deserve food I say
Shower, no you need to keep it moving
Sleep, on way to much I know that for keeps
Pain is always there and always near
Gratitude will spare you from all that fear
There is a place where you may go
One day I will show you, but you must now glow
Finding hope in a land of despair
Where do you want to go again, I say
You are worthless, and no! No one loves you
That is why you are on your own
You want to be loved, I do I always say
But no one loves me i know that for sure
A voice from above says I love you
But there is no one there and I think I am weird
My life had been a journey to everywhere
I have found my home, heart, and love right here
I am grateful all times, and in no more pain
My life is lit up with my journey to over there!

Jonathan A Braun attended the Summer Writing Academy, and really enjoy how the writers explained their processes on how to write books.
