Huy “Sean” T. Vuong is a Math-Physics student at Pasadena City College, where he has been studying for over a year. Ever since he was a child, he was fascinated by the elegance and efficiency of numbers. While he was in high school, he received the Mu Alpha Theta Award for his algorithm for the problem of Hanoi Tower. His many other completed projects include a chemical equation balancing program, a solar tracking system, and recently a summer research project of Condense Matter Physics at University of California, Berkeley. Although focusing on natural sciences, Sean does strongly believe that a future scientist should be well-rounded and creativity is an important part of the unique intelligence of mankind.

“Think of a thousand ways that don’t work, or think of just one excuse.” (Vuong, 2012)
